Dill Pickle Dip

Intro

THIS is a great dip if you LOVE dill pickles. You’ll HATE it if you don’t LOVE dill pickles… don’t make it!! 🥒
Pretzel chips are amazing dunked in this creamy, dilly, picklee bowl of deliciousness. (You can also use plain cream cheese if you prefer.)


Ingredients 🧂

  • 8 oz Boursin cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup pickle juice
  • 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp coarse ground pepper
  • 2 cups diced pickles

Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. In a large bowl, add cream cheese, pickle juice, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and pepper.
  2. Combine with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in red onion and diced pickles until fully mixed.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours (and up to 3 days) before serving.

Makes about 3 cups.
